Blessed Bean Coffee Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
✅ Standard Shipping: $5.95 (3-7 business days)
✅ Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $35 (3-7 business days)
✅ Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for additional cost (2-3 business days)
Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery times may vary due to postal service delays, especially during peak seasons or inclement weather.
Coffee Freshness Guarantee:
We roast and ship your coffee quickly to ensure maximum freshness. Most orders are roasted and shipped within 48 hours of ordering.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking updates are available through the carrier's website.
Local Florida Customers:
For customers in Longwood/Orlando area, we offer:

International Shipping:
We currently ship within the United States only.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Blessed Bean Coffee LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Lost Packages:
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please contact the carrier immediately. For lost or damaged packages, contact us at rleavitt@BlessedBeanCoffee.com within 7 days of expected delivery with your order number.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested before the order ships.
Multiple Shipment Orders:
For large orders, items may ship in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Holiday Shipping:
During peak holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended. We will post notices on our website during these periods.
Coffee Subscription Shipping:
Subscription orders are processed and shipped on your designated schedule. You can modify your subscription shipping frequency through your account portal.

Shipping Carrier Partners:
We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Carrier selection is based on destination and fastest delivery time.

While we make every effort to ship promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
